  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer international shipping worldwide, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team before placing your order.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local regulations.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Any applicable duties, customs fees, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties depending on the destination country’s regulations. SunKiss Sunglasses is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.


6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to reshipping fees.


8. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return conditions carefully:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review and assist you promptly.
